Ava Communications was selected in the group of developed technology entrepreneurs in the national festival of Sheikh Bahai and won the golden plaque of the festival

Ninth National Festival of Sheikh Bahai Technology Entrepreneurship and Exhibition of Technology Entrepreneurship, held at Esfahan Abbasi Hotel, May 9 to 11, 2013, ended with the introduction of the best in the business.

Many companies had registered in the festival. After several stages of numerous arbitration in the business sector, 190 projects have found their way to the semi final stage and only 20 ones found their way to the final stage. In addition, in the Entrepreneurs sector, 87 projects found their way to the semi final stage and only 18 candidate in three groups of beginners, developing and developed found their way to the final stage. After three days of heavy judgment during the festival days, Ava Communications obtained the final vote of the jury of the Ninth National Festival of Sheikh Bahai Technology Entrepreneurship and won the golden plaque of the festival.
It is noticeable that Ava Communications was the only candidate that won the second prize, "Pirooze Award", in this festival.
In the Science section of the festival, Deputy Director-General of UNESCO attended in the award ceremony and announced the winners of the festival. He outlined policy making, and capacity building and participation in activities related to science and technology as UNESCO programs and said: “we are pleased that Iran is closely cooperating with UNESCO in many domains.
National Sheikh Bahai Technology Entrepreneurship Festival is one of the top four festivals in Iran in the field of science and technology. Development of technology entrepreneurship, creativity and innovation, recognizing and appreciating the best in the area of technology entrepreneurship, creating an interaction between people working in different areas of technology entrepreneurship, commercialization of achievements and bringing together the owners of industry and technology are among the most important objective of this festival.
This festival which is confirmed by the National Elite Foundation supports selected technology entrepreneurs. This creates an incentive for the elite and their high competition.
In the business planning section of the festival, 19 projects found their way to the candidacy stage. Finally 6 projects won the festival. In the section of entrepreneurs, 18 knowledge based companies were selected as candidates. Finally, 9 companies were chosen in three groups of beginners, developing and developed.
